Payment Policies

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of your non-refundable Deposit in US funds. Your Deposit is 50% of the cost of your stay.

 

For payment of Deposit only, we accept Checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

 

Your balance is due upon your arrival in Mexican Pesos only at the daily current exchange rate.

 

Please exchange your money to pesos before traveling to Punta Allen. Remember we are a remote destination in a National Park. There is no bank and therefore no ability to change currency.

 

Your 50% deposit is non-refundable 30 days prior to your visit.

 

Cancellations 31 days or more prior to your visit are 25% refundable.
