Punta Allen
Streets are lined with white sand, palm trees, and small charming homes. The coastline is pristine, scattered with fishing boats that transport the eager sports fishermen to the famous Flats of Ascension Bay. There is no gas station so come down on a full tank of gas.
Punta Allen's charm really lies in its simplicity. You won't find tourist buses, an array of shops, or air conditioned hotels. What you will find is an untouched oasis, a village where life goes on as it has for centuries. You'll find simple pleasures like watching incredible sunsets from the dock overlooking Ascension Bay.
Conveniences like several small grocery stores do exist, cantina and several restaurants.

Punta Allen is a small Mayan lobster fishing village located at the tip of the Boca Paila Peninsula. One side of the village borders the Caribbean, the other Ascension Bay.
